During my tenure at The Peninsula Club, I served as the Publishing & Communications Manager, overseeing the creation, design, and production of all marketing and communications materials, both digital and print, for the Club. This encompassed managing The Club’s website, marketing collateral, and print needs across all departments, while also taking charge of the Club’s social media accounts to ensure consistent brand representation and messaging.
As the primary point of contact for website and mobile app management, I meticulously managed and updated content for both public and private sections of the website. I handled troubleshooting for internal and external customers and provided training to team members on website responsibilities. Additionally, I collaborated with MembersFirst, a leading provider of technology solutions for private clubs, on various website-related tasks such as sitemap issues, navigation changes, and redesigns.
A key aspect of my role involved crafting engaging Club-wide communications, digital marketing materials, and emails on a regular basis, including E-Blast emails, push notifications, and social media content. I also assisted with photography and videography needs as required and created post-event surveys for all departments.
In addition to digital communications, I managed the design, printing, and stocking of all marketing materials, both print and digital, for the Club, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. I provided training to department members on printing, scanning, and copying procedures and oversaw printer toner inventory and paper ordering for all departments.
